Unique dishes

Our Reypenaer cheeses are a perfect local alternative to various dishes. Thanks to the historic and traditional ripening, our cheeses have much more flavour and they melt better. This means less cheese is required for a dish.

Our Reypenaer and Reypenaer VSOP cheese leaves are extra-long, ensuring a lovely presentation.

Le Guillotin

Our ‘Le Guillotin’ concept ensures a supreme experience at the table and/or when dining outdoors. Le Guillotin has been designed to slice leaves (thin slices) of Reypenaer and Wijngaard cheeses. By slicing the thin leaves, your guest has the optimum experience of the flavour, scent and texture of this lovely cheese. In addition to our Reypenaar tasting, Reypenaer and Reypenaer VSOP triangles, you can choose from six different Wyngaard Affiné flavoured cheeses. You can view the full assortment to the side.

Snack boards

Pay extra attention to your snack board and make it ‘instagrammable’ by combining various cheeses with vegetables, fruit, meats, nuts, bread and crackers and serving everything on a lovely, wooden snack board.

Tip! Combine our Reypenaer snack triangles with a flavoured cheese and/or cheese blocks. The various shapes of the cheeses and the colours make the snack board extra attractive to your guests

Book of Tastings

To celebrate our 80th anniversary, we are presenting our Reypenaar Book of Tastings, in collaboration with Marc Leclerq. This book has been composed with much care and attention. In addition to the story of the Van den Wijngaard family, we describe our cheeses and we have combined these with various distilled drinks, wines and special beers. Our book can be used as inspiration for tastings and as reference for your staff.
